AI Ethical Use Policy

This AI Ethical Use Policy ("Policy") is a legal contract between you ("User," "You," or "Your") and EQALL, Inc. ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), governing the ethical use of artificial intelligence ("AI") features within the EQALL® and EQALL® PRO software and services (collectively, “EQALL®”). By clicking Free Trial, Join Now, Sign in, Launch, signing up, or otherwise using EQALL® (“Signing In”), you agree to comply with and accept these policies. Please read them carefully. This Policy becomes effective on the date you accept it by "Signing In".

1. Commitment to Ethical AI Use

1.1 EQALL® is committed to ensuring the responsible and ethical use of AI. Our AI technologies are designed to enhance user productivity, assist with decision-making, and improve overall sales performance while maintaining ethical and legal integrity.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

2.1 Principles of Ethical Use Users of EQALL® AI-powered features must adhere to the following principles:

2.1.1 Transparency & Honesty: Users must not misrepresent AI-generated responses as human-created without proper disclosure.

•

2.1.2 Privacy & Confidentiality: AI interactions must not be used to collect or share sensitive personal, financial, or proprietary information without proper authorization.

•

2.1.3 Fair & Non-Discriminatory Use: AI must not be used to produce or facilitate biased, discriminatory, or harmful content.

•

2.1.4 Compliance with Laws: Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to AI use, data privacy, intellectual property, and communications.

•

2.1.5 No Malicious Use: AI features must not be used to spread misinformation, generate deceptive content, or manipulate individuals for unethical purposes.

2.2 Prohibited Uses EQALL® and EQALL PRO are designed exclusively for professional sales enablement and performance improvement. Any use of EQALL® outside this intended professional context is strictly prohibited. Users may not use EQALL® or any of its AI-generated outputs, insights, or recommendations for, or in connection with, any of the following categories:

2.2.1 Legal or Financial Advice — including preparation of legal documents, investment or tax advice, or financial planning.

2.2.2 Medical or Mental Health Purposes — including diagnosis, treatment, or therapeutic guidance.

•

2.2.3 Employment, Credit, or Health Decisions — including any automated or AI-assisted decision-making that materially affects an individual's livelihood, creditworthiness, or well-being.

2.2.4 Religious or Spiritual Guidance — including doctrinal interpretation, counseling, or evangelism.

•

2.2.5 Political or Governmental Influence — including campaigning, lobbying, partisan messaging, or electioneering.

•

2.2.6 Discriminatory, Harassing, or Defamatory Content — including any content that promotes bias, hate speech, personal attacks, or targeted harm.

2.2.7 Sexual or Adult Content — including sexually explicit, suggestive, or exploitative language and/or material.

•

2.2.8 Illegal or Regulatory Violations — including activities that contravene data-privacy, consumer-protection, export-control, or intellectual-property laws.

EQALL, Inc. reserves the right to monitor user behavior for compliance, suspend or terminate access, and report misuse to appropriate authorities when required by law.

2.3 Examples of Misuse The following are illustrative examples of prohibited misuse (not an exhaustive list):

Using EQALL® to simulate or deliver medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

•

Using EQALL® to generate or distribute religious, sexual, or political content.

•

Using EQALL® outputs to make hiring, firing, health, or credit decisions.

•

Using EQALL® to impersonate individuals, mislead audiences, or disseminate misinformation.

•

Using EQALL® to create, enhance, or deploy content that violates applicable law or infringes third-party rights.

2.4 Plain-English Summary

EQALL® is for professional sales enablement only — not for diagnosing illnesses, giving legal or financial advice, or creating religious, sexual, or political content.

3. Company Responsibilities

3.1 EQALL® ensures the ethical deployment and governance of AI by: Implementing safeguards to prevent misuse, including content moderation and bias mitigation. Encrypting all AI-generated interactions at rest and in transit to maintain security. Continuously improving AI models to reduce inaccuracies and unintended biases. Adhering to global compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR regulations.

4. AI Decision-Making & Human Oversight

4.1 AI-generated insights and recommendations should be used as assistive tools rather than absolute decision-making authorities.

4.2 Users are responsible for reviewing and validating AI-generated content before acting upon it.

4.3 EQALL® provides transparency in AI decision-making processes and allows users to audit AI-assisted actions.

5. Limitations & Liability

5.1 While EQALL® employs rigorous testing and safeguards, AI-generated outputs may contain errors or unintended biases.

5.2 EQALL® is not liable for any decisions, actions, or consequences resulting from reliance on AI-generated recommendations.

6. Violations & Enforcement

6.1 EQALL® reserves the right to monitor AI interactions for compliance purposes.

6.2 Users who violate this Policy may face account suspension or termination.

6.3 EQALL® may update this Policy to reflect advancements in AI governance and ethical standards.

7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

7.1 Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to update, modify, or replace any part of this Policy at any time. When Company makes material changes, and where required by law, will notify User through EQALL® or via email.

7.2 User's continued use of EQALL® after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If User does not agree to the new terms, User must stop using EQALL®.

By “Signing in”, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this AI Ethical Use Policy (“User Acceptance”).
