What this integration does
EQALL runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://api.eqall.com/mcp. Once you add it to ChatGPT and sign in, ChatGPT can look up the same contacts, companies and meetings you see in EQALL, and use them in any conversation.

You sign in with EQALL. ChatGPT never sees your password and only sees what you can see in EQALL. Disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents.
Get Started with EQALL
- An EQALL PRO or Enterprise plan for each person who will use ChatGPT with EQALL. See pricing.
- A ChatGPT plan that supports plugins with custom MCP servers.
- Your company allows API & AI agent access in EQALL (on by default; an admin can turn it off).
Connecting EQALL to ChatGPT
On your ChatGPT home page, select Plugins in the left nav, or open chatgpt.com/plugins directly.
Click Add, then select Custom MCP Server.
Name: EQALL
Make sure Server URL is selected, then enter the Connection:
https://api.eqall.com/mcpAuthentication: OAuth
Read the notice, then click I understand and want to continue.
Click Create as a Plugin, then click Connect EQALL (the diagonal arrow ↗ button).
Authenticate with EQALL using your usual corporate sign-in (Microsoft or Google).
Click Allow. EQALL now appears when you search your Plugins.
Tool Permissions
When you click Allow, EQALL grants ChatGPT access to the tools below. ChatGPT may ask you to confirm before it runs a write tool.

Some ChatGPT workspaces need an admin to allow custom MCP servers. If you don't see Custom MCP Server, ask your ChatGPT workspace admin.

How it works

Adding a person is the only change ChatGPT can make in EQALL (it may also create their company). Everything else is look-up only, so nothing in EQALL gets edited or deleted.

How to Use the Integration
Once connected, ChatGPT uses EQALL across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.
In a new chat, type @EQALL and then your question:
- "Prep me for my next meeting with Acme."
- "Who is attending my 2pm, and how should I talk to each of them?"
- "What did we agree with Acme last time, and what's still open?"
- "Draft a follow-up email from yesterday's Acme meeting recap."
- "List my external meetings this month with open action items."
- "Add jane@acme.com to my EQALL contacts."
Add people on the go. Just say "@EQALL add Jane Doe, jane@acme.com." EQALL adds them, finds their company, and starts building their profile for you.
Remove or Disconnect the Integration
In ChatGPT, open Plugins, select EQALL and disconnect or remove it.
Go to Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents → Connected AI Tools and disconnect ChatGPT. Access stops immediately.
Access renews automatically while you keep using ChatGPT. Unused connections expire after 30 days, and you sign in again.
