This Privacy and Security Policy ("Policy") is a legal contract between you and EQALL, Inc. governing the use of the EQALL and EQALL PRO software and services.

1.1 Your privacy is important to us. This Privacy and Security Policy explains how EQALL collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you use our EQALL, which enables users to manage sales meetings, prepare responses, interact with AI assistants, and optimize sales performance.
1.2 By using EQALL, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. Please read this policy carefully.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 We may collect and process the following information when you use the app:
- Personal Information: Personal Data, Meeting and Attendee Data, Transcript Data.
- Personal Data: Your name, email address, phone number, company name, and job title.
- Meeting and Attendee Data: Meeting schedules, attendee names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, job titles, and other attendee contact information.
- Transcript Data: Meeting transcripts, summaries, or call notes.
- Usage Data: Information related to how you use the app, such as interaction with meetings, AI chats, performance metrics.
- Device Information: Device type, operating system, and app usage logs.
- AI Interaction Data: User inputs, prompts, and conversation history used to deliver personalized AI-driven coaching, meeting preparation, Ask EQALL, Rehearse, and follow-up assistance.
3. How We Use Your Information
3.1 Provide, maintain, and enhance EQALL's functionality.
3.2 Schedule, manage, and optimize client meetings.
3.3 Power Ask EQALL for quick access to insights and information.
3.4 Help you prepare for and respond effectively to clients.
3.5 Store, analyze, and leverage performance data for sales optimization and coaching.
3.6 Securely process user interactions, communications, and AI-driven features.
3.7 Deliver updates, enhancements, and important security alerts.
3.8 Comply with legal obligations and enforce this Policy.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
4.1 We retain Personal Information collected from your Google or Microsoft account or in EQALL only for as long as necessary to provide our services, fulfill legitimate business purposes, or comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
4.2 Your account and associated Personal Information will be securely deleted or anonymized within 30 days after you unsubscribe, except for limited information we are required or permitted to retain by law.
4.3 Certain data may be retained in encrypted backups for a limited time as part of our disaster recovery procedures.
4.4 We do not use or retain any Personal Information obtained through Google Workspace, Microsoft, or other third-party APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or machine learning models. All Personal Information accessed via these APIs is used solely to provide user-facing features within EQALL.
5. Data Encryption & Security
5.1 All user data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+) to ensure confidentiality and protection against unauthorized access.
5.2 We follow industry best practices for data security and privacy protection.
6. Compliance & Certifications
6.1 We are in the process of obtaining SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certifications.
6.2 We adhere to GDPR rules and regulations regarding privacy, confidentiality, and data sovereignty.
7. Data Sharing & Confidentiality
7.1 We do not share or disclose user data to third parties without consent unless required by law.
7.2 Users are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information shared during meetings.
8. Google API Compliance
8.1 We comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use of user data requirements:
- We only request the minimum necessary access to Google Personal Information required to provide our core services. We do not use your Google data for advertising or sell it.
- All use of data obtained through Google APIs is solely for the purpose of enabling key features in EQALL.
8.2 Human access to your data is restricted unless we have your explicit consent, it is required for security or legal compliance, or it is necessary for internal operations (debugging, abuse prevention) under strict access controls.
9. Changes to This Policy
9.1 Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of this Policy at any time.
9.2 User's continued use of EQALL after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
