How EQALL CRM integrations work
Every EQALL CRM integration follows the same shared model so security, setup, and behavior are consistent across platforms:
- OAuth-secured. EQALL never stores CRM credentials. Authorization is granted by an admin or permitted user and can be revoked from the CRM at any time.
- Company-level + per-user setup. A CRM admin authorizes the connection once for the company. After that, each team member connects their individual CRM account without needing admin rights.
- Scoped to existing permissions. EQALL can only read and write records the authorizing user already has access to in the CRM. Existing roles, sharing rules, and security policies remain in control.
- Per-user sync controls. Each user configures what EQALL creates or updates (Companies, Contacts, Opportunities/Deals, Action Items, Meetings, Transcripts, Emails) to avoid duplicate records when other sync tools are in use.
- No manual logging. The CRM Coordinator agent maps meeting activity to the correct sales stage and syncs after every call.
