How EQALL collaboration integrations work
EQALL connects to collaboration tools in one of two ways, and the shared model below applies to both:
- Native capture. For Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet, and Webex, EQALL connects via OAuth and ingests meeting metadata, cloud recordings, and transcripts directly from the platform. No bot joins the call.
- Meeting bot. For Otter, Fireflies, Fathom, and Gong, EQALL receives recordings and transcripts via the partner's meeting bot or webhook flow.
- OAuth-secured. Credentials are never shared with EQALL. Access is granted by the authorizing user and can be revoked at any time from the source platform.
- Recording or transcripts required. EQALL can only process meeting content the platform makes available. Cloud recording or transcript generation must be enabled in the meeting tool itself.
- Same outputs everywhere. Regardless of source, EQALL produces consistent Meeting Minutes, Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities Identified, Action Items, and Follow Up Emails ready to review and send.
