What this integration does

Once connected, EQALL automatically ingests Zoom meeting metadata, cloud recordings, transcripts, and participants and turns them into sales-ready intelligence. Your prep, follow-up, and opportunity tracking all happen inside EQALL without anyone having to take notes.

From this data, EQALL generates Opportunities Identified, Action Items with owners and due dates, and Follow Up Emails you review and send. EQALL does not alter your Zoom settings, all data is read from your Zoom account with your consent and processed inside EQALL.

Get Started with EQALL

If your team is new to EQALL, complete these steps first. Setup takes about five minutes.

1
Sign in to EQALL

Go to eqall.com/en/register/login or download EQALL from the App Store. Select Sign in with Google or Microsoft using your company email. Allow all permissions for the best experience.

2
Connect LinkedIn (one-time)

Complete a one-time LinkedIn sign-in to enrich attendee profiles with relationship context, communication styles, and deal-specific insights.

3
Confirm your Products & Services

Go to Avatar Image → Products & Services and review what EQALL has pre-populated. This powers your personalized insights and deal recommendations. You can edit, add, or delete products by providing a company website, an uploaded file, or entering details manually.

4
Enable notifications (recommended)

Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on Today at a Glance and Meeting Summary to stay on top of every deal.

Connecting EQALL to Zoom

Each user connects their own Zoom account directly from EQALL. The connection uses OAuth and takes about a minute.

1
In EQALLOpen the Zoom integration page

Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Zoom and click Connect. EQALL redirects you to Zoom.

2
In ZoomReview the requested permissions

Zoom displays the permissions EQALL is requesting (see Permissions Required below for the full list and why each is needed).

3
Zoom → EQALLAuthorize the connection

Click Allow in Zoom to complete the OAuth flow. You will be redirected back to EQALL where the Zoom status updates to Connected.

ℹ️

If you're unable to authenticate using Option 1, your Zoom account may require admin approval for Marketplace apps. In that case, you'll need admin support — see Option 2 below.

Authorization options

Option 1. Individual user authorization (default)

By default, each Zoom user grants consent to EQALL directly during the OAuth flow above. No admin action is required if your Zoom account permits users to install Marketplace apps.

Result
  • OAuth tokens are issued per user.
  • EQALL's access is limited to the consenting user's existing Zoom permissions.
  • Tokens can be revoked at any time from the Zoom Web Portal under Solutions → Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps.

Option 2. Administrator pre-approves or manages the application

Zoom administrators can centrally approve and manage third-party applications so that users in the account can connect EQALL without further admin approval.

Process
  1. Sign in to the Zoom Admin Portal.
  2. Navigate to Advanced → App Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps.
  3. Go to EQALL on the Zoom App Marketplace.
  4. Click Add for Others (blue button).
  5. Select All Users — this allows anyone in your Zoom account to connect individually to EQALL.
  6. Leave Send email to all users I've added checked to notify everyone.
Result
  • EQALL is pre-approved for everyone in the Zoom account, removing per-install admin prompts.
  • Each user still completes their own OAuth grant the first time they connect from EQALL.
  • Admins can revoke the approval at any time from the same Admin Portal screen.

Permissions Required

During authorization, EQALL requests the minimum Zoom OAuth scopes needed to deliver the features above.

Permission (Zoom label)Why EQALL needs it
View user information Required Verify the Zoom account that authorized EQALL and match it to your EQALL member profile.
View meetings and meeting details Required Associate Zoom meetings to your EQALL calendar and prepare context for each session.
View cloud recordings and transcripts Required Generate sales-specific Meeting Minutes, Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities, and Action Items.
View meeting participants Required Link attendees to EQALL profiles and enrich preparation and follow up.

OAuth access is user-scoped, EQALL can only see Zoom data the authorizing user already has access to. Your Zoom credentials are never shared with EQALL.

How to Use the Integration

The Zoom integration runs across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.

Prepare

Open the upcoming meeting in EQALL to see attendee profiles, communication style recommendations, commonalities, and a suggested agenda. Use EQALL Rehearse to practice your opener and key questions before the call.

Respond

Run your Zoom meeting as usual. Recording and transcript settings are controlled in Zoom. If you record or generate transcripts in Zoom, EQALL processes the content automatically.

Outperform

Open the meeting in EQALL to review:

  • Meeting Summary and Sentiment
  • Opportunities Identified
  • Action Items with owners and due dates
  • Follow Up Emails you can copy or send using your usual email tool

Update or confirm any generated items and share with your team.

💡

No meeting data appearing? Confirm the meeting was recorded or transcripts were enabled in Zoom. EQALL can only process content that Zoom makes available.

Remove or Disconnect the App

You can disconnect EQALL from Zoom at any time. There are two ways to do it.

A
Disconnect from inside EQALL

Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Zoom and click Disconnect. Status updates to Disconnected and EQALL stops syncing Zoom data.

B
Uninstall from the Zoom App Marketplace

Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal and go to Solutions → Marketplace → Manage → Installed Apps, or open the EQALL listing on the Zoom App Marketplace directly. Find EQALL for Zoom and choose Uninstall, then confirm removal.

ℹ️

When you uninstall the app in Zoom, Zoom revokes the OAuth tokens automatically. You can reconnect at any time through EQALL.
