EQALL + Otter.
Connect EQALL to Otter with a single API key. Every Otter transcript becomes sales-ready intelligence inside EQALL: Meeting Minutes, Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities, Action Items, and Follow Up Emails.
What this integration does
Once connected, EQALL ingests transcripts from your Otter account and turns them into sales-ready intelligence. The integration uses an Otter Developer API key, so setup takes about two minutes and does not require Otter admin approval.
| Otter | Flow | EQALL |
|---|---|---|
| Meeting transcripts | → | Meeting Minutes |
| Speaker labels | → | Attendee context |
| Meeting metadata | → | Meeting records |
From this data, EQALL generates Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities Identified, Action Items with owners and due dates, and Follow Up Emails you review and send. EQALL reads from Otter on your behalf and does not modify your Otter recordings or transcripts.
Get Started with EQALL
If your team is new to EQALL, complete these steps first. Setup takes about five minutes.
Go to eqall.com/en/register/login or download EQALL from the App Store. Select Sign in with Google or Microsoft using your company email. Allow all permissions for the best experience.
Complete a one-time LinkedIn sign-in to enrich attendee profiles with relationship context, communication styles, and deal-specific insights.
Go to Avatar Image → Products & Services and review what EQALL has pre-populated. This powers your personalized insights and deal recommendations. You can edit, add, or delete products by providing a company website, an uploaded file, or entering details manually.
Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on Today at a Glance and Meeting Summary to stay on top of every deal.
Connecting EQALL to Otter
Each user connects their own Otter account directly from EQALL using an Otter Developer API key. The setup takes about two minutes.
Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Otter and click Connect. EQALL displays an API Key field. Leave this page open.
In a new tab, sign in to Otter and go to otter.ai/setting/developer.
In Otter Developer Settings, click Create key. Otter will generate a new API key. Copy the key value.
Return to EQALL, paste the key into the API Key field, and click Save. EQALL validates the key and the Otter status updates to Connected.
Treat your Otter API key like a password. Anyone with the key can read your Otter transcripts. EQALL stores the key encrypted at rest. If you ever suspect the key is exposed, revoke it from Otter Developer Settings and generate a new one.
How to Use the Integration
Once connected, the Otter integration runs across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.
Open the upcoming meeting in EQALL to see attendee profiles, communication style recommendations, commonalities, and a suggested agenda. Use EQALL Rehearse to practice your opener and key questions before the call.
Run your meeting as usual with the Otter assistant capturing the conversation. Recording and transcription are controlled inside Otter. Once Otter finishes processing the transcript, EQALL ingests it automatically.
Open the meeting in EQALL to review:
- Meeting Summary and Sentiment
- Opportunities Identified
- Action Items with owners and due dates
- Follow Up Emails you can copy or send using your usual email tool
Update or confirm any generated items and share with your team.
No meeting data appearing? Confirm Otter actually captured and processed the transcript. EQALL only ingests content that Otter makes available through your API key.
Remove or Disconnect the Integration
You can disconnect EQALL from Otter at any time. There are two ways to do it.
Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Otter and click Disconnect. EQALL deletes the stored API key and stops syncing Otter data.
Sign in to Otter and go to otter.ai/setting/developer. Find the key EQALL is using and revoke or delete it. Any application using that key, including EQALL, loses access immediately.
For the cleanest reset, disconnect from inside EQALL and revoke the key in Otter. You can generate a new key and reconnect anytime.
