EQALL + Fathom.
Connect EQALL to Fathom with a single API key generated in Fathom. As Fathom finishes recording and transcribing your calls, the content flows into EQALL and becomes Meeting Minutes, Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities, Action Items, and Follow Up Emails.
What this integration does
The Fathom integration uses a single API key. EQALL authenticates to Fathom with the key you generate, then reads your recordings and transcripts as they become available. There is no webhook to configure and no bot to install — EQALL pulls content from Fathom on your behalf.
| Fathom | Flow | EQALL |
|---|---|---|
| Recording & transcript | → | Meeting Minutes |
| Speaker labels | → | Attendee context |
| Meeting metadata | → | Meeting records |
From this data, EQALL generates Summary, Sentiment, Opportunities Identified, Action Items with owners and due dates, and Follow Up Emails you review and send. EQALL only reads from Fathom — it does not modify your Fathom recordings or transcripts.
Get Started with EQALL
If your team is new to EQALL, complete these steps first. Setup takes about five minutes.
Go to eqall.com/en/register/login or download EQALL from the App Store. Select Sign in with Google or Microsoft using your company email. Allow all permissions for the best experience.
Complete a one-time LinkedIn sign-in to enrich attendee profiles with relationship context, communication styles, and deal-specific insights.
Go to Avatar Image → Products & Services and review what EQALL has pre-populated. This powers your personalized insights and deal recommendations. You can edit, add, or delete products by providing a company website, an uploaded file, or entering details manually.
Go to Settings → Notifications and turn on Today at a Glance and Meeting Summary to stay on top of every deal.
Connecting EQALL to Fathom
The Fathom setup is a single round-trip: you generate an API key in Fathom and paste it into EQALL. Setup takes about a minute.
Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Fathom and click Connect. EQALL displays an API Key field. Leave this page open.
In a new tab, log in to Fathom and go to Settings → API Access (fathom.video/api_settings/new).
Click Generate API Key.
Enter EQALL in the Name field and click Create API Client.
Copy the API Key from Fathom and paste it into the API Key field on the Collaboration → Fathom setting page in EQALL.
Click Continue.
Click Save on the Collaboration → Fathom setting page. EQALL validates the key and the Fathom status updates to Connected.
Treat the API Key like a password. The key grants EQALL read access to your Fathom recordings and transcripts. If it is exposed, revoke it in Fathom's API Access page and reconnect with a freshly generated key.
How to Use the Integration
Once connected, the Fathom integration runs across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.
Open the upcoming meeting in EQALL to see attendee profiles, communication style recommendations, commonalities, and a suggested agenda. Use EQALL Rehearse to practice your opener and key questions before the call.
Run your meeting as usual with the Fathom notetaker capturing the conversation. Recording and transcription are controlled inside Fathom. Once Fathom finishes processing the recording and transcript, EQALL ingests the content automatically.
Open the meeting in EQALL to review:
- Meeting Summary and Sentiment
- Opportunities Identified
- Action Items with owners and due dates
- Follow Up Emails you can copy or send using your usual email tool
Update or confirm any generated items and share with your team.
No meeting data appearing? Confirm that Fathom actually captured and finished processing the call. EQALL can only retrieve recordings and transcripts that exist on the Fathom side; meetings that were not recorded by Fathom will not appear in EQALL.
Remove or Disconnect the Integration
You can disconnect EQALL from Fathom at any time. For a clean reset, disconnect from both sides.
Go to Avatar → Settings → Integrations → Collaboration → Fathom and click Disconnect. EQALL deletes the stored API key and stops pulling content from Fathom.
Go to Settings → API Access in Fathom, locate the EQALL API client, and revoke or delete it so the key can no longer be used.
You can reconnect at any time by generating a new API key in Fathom and pasting it into EQALL.
