Add EQALL as a custom connector in Claude. Ask Claude to prep your next meeting, brief you on an account, or recap a call, using the contacts, companies and meetings you already have in EQALL, and add people to your EQALL network without leaving the chat.
What this integration does
EQALL runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://api.eqall.com/mcp. Once you add it to Claude and sign in, Claude can look up the same contacts, companies and meetings you see in EQALL, and use them in any conversation.

You sign in with EQALL. Claude never sees your password and only sees what you can see in EQALL. Disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents.
Get Started with EQALL
- An EQALL PRO or Enterprise plan for each person who will use Claude with EQALL. See pricing.
- A Claude plan that supports custom connectors (claude.ai or the Claude desktop and mobile apps).
- Your company allows API & AI agent access in EQALL (on by default; an admin can turn it off).
Connecting EQALL to Claude
In claude.ai or the Claude app, go to Settings → Connectors, or open claude.ai connectors directly.
Click Add, then Add custom connector.
Name: EQALL
MCP Server URL:
https://api.eqall.com/mcpClick Connect, then Continue connecting. A window opens on eqall.com.
Sign in with your usual company sign-in (Microsoft or Google) if you aren't already.
EQALL shows which tool is asking and what it can do. Check you're signed in as the right person, then click Allow. You're returned to Claude and EQALL shows as connected.
On the EQALL connector, set Read-only tools and Write tools to Always allow. See Tool Permissions.
Tool Permissions
Claude asks before using a connector's tools unless you allow them. Set these on the EQALL connector in Settings → Connectors → EQALL.

Prefer to confirm each new contact before it's added? Set Write tools to Needs approval instead. EQALL has no delete tools.

How it works

Adding a person is the only change Claude can make in EQALL (it may also create their company). Everything else is look-up only, so nothing in EQALL gets edited or deleted.

How to Use the Integration
Once connected, Claude uses EQALL across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.
Start a new chat and ask in plain language. Claude picks the EQALL tools it needs, for example findMeetings then getMeetingDetails:
- "Prep me for my next meeting with Acme."
- "Who is attending my 2pm, and how should I talk to each of them?"
- "What did we agree with Acme last time, and what's still open?"
- "Draft a follow-up email from yesterday's Acme meeting recap."
- "List my external meetings this month with open action items."
- "Add jane@acme.com to my EQALL contacts."
Add people on the go. Just say "Add Jane Doe, jane@acme.com, to EQALL." EQALL adds them, finds their company, and starts building their profile for you.
Remove or Disconnect the Integration
In Claude, go to Settings → Connectors → EQALL and click Disconnect or remove the connector.
Go to Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents → Connected AI Tools and disconnect Claude. Access stops immediately.
Access renews automatically while you keep using Claude. Unused connections expire after 30 days, and you sign in again.
