EQALL + Microsoft Copilot.
Add EQALL to a Copilot Studio agent and publish it to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Ask Copilot to prep your next meeting, brief you on an account, or recap a call, using the contacts, companies and meetings you already have in EQALL.
What this integration does
EQALL runs a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at https://api.eqall.com/mcp. Once you add it to Copilot and sign in, Copilot can look up the same contacts, companies and meetings you see in EQALL, and use them in any conversation.
Bring EQALL's Agentic AI sales experts into Copilot. Five go to work on every contact right away: The Researcher, The Financial Analyst, The Psychologist, The Stakeholder Agent and The Meeting Strategist. After your first meeting, four more add the recap: The Transcriber, The Sentiment Analyst, The Meeting Assistant and The Opportunity Analyst.
Meet the experts
- The Researcher: who they are and what their company is up to
- The Financial Analyst: what the financials mean for your deal
- The Psychologist: how they like to communicate
- The Stakeholder Agent: who else matters and what each person cares about
- The Meeting Strategist: your agenda and talk tracks
- The Transcriber: the meeting recap
- The Sentiment Analyst: who leaned in
- The Meeting Assistant: action items
- The Opportunity Analyst: where the deal stands
All 12 experts are in the EQALL app. Open EQALL to rehearse with The Rehearsal Partner, sync your CRM with The CRM Coordinator, grow with The Performance Coach, and ask anything with Ask EQALL.
| EQALL | Flow | Copilot |
|---|---|---|
| Contacts: profile, talking points, communication style | → | "How should I approach Jane at Acme?" |
| Companies: overview, leadership, news | → | "Brief me on Acme before Thursday." |
| Meetings: prep and recaps | → | "Prep me for my next meeting with Acme." |
| Contact added to your EQALL network Write | ← | "Add jane@acme.com to my EQALL contacts." |
You sign in with EQALL. Copilot never sees your password and only sees what you can see in EQALL. Disconnect any time from Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents.
Get Started with EQALL
- An EQALL PRO or Enterprise plan for each person who will use the agent. See pricing.
- Microsoft 365 Copilot for the people who will use the agent.
- An existing agent in Copilot Studio that you can edit. No agent yet? Ask your IT admin (see For IT admins below).
For IT admins: set up Copilot Studio and create the agent
1. Make sure the environment has Microsoft Dataverse
Copilot Studio stores agents in Microsoft Dataverse. A Power Platform or Global Administrator adds it once.
Check first. In the Power Platform admin center, under Manage → Environments, find your environment. If Dataverse shows Yes, skip to step 2 below.
In Copilot Studio, note the environment name at the bottom left, just above your account picture and name. It's often your company name followed by (default).
Sign in at admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com and go to Manage → Environments.
Select that environment, click Add Dataverse, confirm the language and currency, leave Deploy sample apps and data off, and click Add.
It takes a few minutes. Refresh the page until the environment shows State Ready and Dataverse Yes, then go back to Copilot Studio and refresh.
2. Create the agent
Go to copilotstudio.microsoft.com. Check the environment name at the bottom left is the one with Dataverse.
On Home, click Other ways to build, then Agent · Standard. Don't use the Agent card in the middle of Home: it opens a different builder.
Enter a name such as EQALL. Under Agent settings (Optional), don't choose to create it in a Teams environment. Click Create.
Also check with your admin: if Model Context Protocol isn't offered under Tools, the feature may need to be turned on for the environment. And publishing to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams may need admin approval in the Microsoft 365 admin center.
How it works with Microsoft 365 Copilot. You add EQALL to an agent in Copilot Studio once, then publish that agent to Microsoft 365 Copilot and Teams. Everyone who uses the agent signs in to EQALL with their own account.
Connecting EQALL to Microsoft Copilot
In Copilot Studio, click Agents in the left menu and open the agent you want to add EQALL to.
In the agent, click Tools in the top menu, then Add tool. In the pop-up, don't search: click the Add new MCP tile.
Server name: EQALL
Server description: EQALL's Agentic AI sales experts: look up clients, companies, communication styles and meetings, and add people to your EQALL network.
Server URL:
https://api.eqall.com/mcpSelect OAuth 2.0, then Dynamic discovery. Copilot Studio finds EQALL sign-in on its own, so no client ID or secret is needed.
Click Create, then Create a new connection. A window opens on eqall.com. Sign in with your usual company sign-in and click Allow.
Add the EQALL tool to your agent, then try it in the test pane, for example "Prep me for my next meeting with Acme."
- Click Publish.
- Go to Channels → Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams (under Microsoft channels).
- Click See agent in Teams → Add.
- Click See agent in Microsoft 365 → Add.
- To share: Availability options → Copy link.
Your admin may need to approve the agent before colleagues can use it.
| If you see | What to do |
|---|---|
| "Dataverse isn't set up in this environment", or creating the agent spins for minutes | The environment has no Dataverse. Ask your admin to add it (see For IT admins), then try again. |
| No Tools tab | You're in the Microsoft 365 Copilot app or its simple agent builder. Go to copilotstudio.microsoft.com and open the agent there. |
| No Model Context Protocol or Dynamic discovery option | Your admin may need to turn the feature on for the environment. Or schedule a call and we'll help. |
Tool Permissions
When you click Allow, EQALL grants the agent access to the tools below. The EQALL connector is look-up only, except for adding people to your network. It never edits or deletes anything in EQALL.
| Tool group | Permission | Includes |
|---|---|---|
| Read-only tools | read | Find and read contacts, companies and meetings |
| Write tools | write:contacts | createContact (add a person to your EQALL network) |
What EQALL Can Do
| Tool | Type | What it does |
|---|---|---|
findContact | Read | Search your network by name, email or company. |
getContactDetails | Read | Profile, work history, talking points, communication style and last meeting recap. |
findCompany | Read | Search the companies you work with, by name or domain. |
getCompanyDetails | Read | Overview, leadership, products, partners, finance, insights and news. |
findMeetings | Read | Search past, in-progress and upcoming meetings. |
getMeetingDetails | Read | Attendees, prep (agenda, talk tracks) and recap (summary, action items, deal intelligence). |
createContact | Write | Add a person to your EQALL network by name and email.
How it works
|
Adding a person is the only change Copilot can make in EQALL (it may also create their company). Everything else is look-up only, so nothing in EQALL gets edited or deleted.
Parameters and response fields for each tool are in the MCP Reference.
How to Use the Integration
Once connected, Copilot uses EQALL across the full meeting lifecycle, mapped to EQALL's PRO framework.
Open the EQALL agent and ask in plain language. In Teams, find it under … (More apps). In Microsoft 365 Copilot, find it under Agents. The agent picks the EQALL tools it needs:
- "Prep me for my next meeting with Acme."
- "Who is attending my 2pm, and how should I talk to each of them?"
- "What did we agree with Acme last time, and what's still open?"
- "Draft a follow-up email from yesterday's Acme meeting recap."
- "List my external meetings this month with open action items."
- "Add jane@acme.com to my EQALL contacts."
Add people on the go. Just ask the EQALL agent "Add Jane Doe, jane@acme.com, to EQALL." EQALL adds them, finds their company, and starts building their profile for you.
Remove or Disconnect the Integration
In Copilot Studio, open the agent, go to Tools, and remove the EQALL tool or delete its connection. Republish the agent.
Go to Settings → Integrations → API & AI agents → Connected AI Tools and disconnect Microsoft Copilot. Access stops immediately.
Access renews automatically while people keep using the agent. Unused connections expire after 30 days, and you sign in again.
